I think that buying a home for the first time can be exciting and daunting at the same time, and lots of unknowns will come up and Rory was an excellent source of information and guidance along the way. Knowing that he is not out to get you to buy the first house you look at but, the right house for you and your needs, it's not just a commission for him, it's his passion....I think we looked at close to 30 properties, and he was always patient with us, and in the end helped us find and secure a beautiful multi-family home that we now live in and hope to keep for a very long time.
