There were times we thought we found what we wanted, but instead of just collecting a commission, Barb did the grunt work of finding out tax & lien info, and because of her knowledge of building practices, could point out potential problems. We are now coming up on our 2nd year in the home she helped us find, zero problems and a great neighborhood.
